This 25 minute interview was conducted by VH1 (the music video channel) in December of 1999 for a segment that was never aired. We captured the audio from a VHS copy donated by Naomi Weisstein. Naomi Weisstein founded the Chicago Women's Liberation Rock Band in 1971. VH1, the music video cable channel, interviewed her for a segment that was never aired. This is the audio portion of that December 1999 interview. It contains Naomi's memories of the Rock Band, her thoughts on culture and politics and a discussion of her chronic illness. The interview lasts 25 minutes.
