Naomi Weisstein was a founder of the Chicago Women's Liberation Union and the Chicago Women's Liberation Rock Band. In this short clip from a 1999 VH1 interview that was never aired, Naomi talks about her chronic illness and her hopes for the future.

In the 1980's, Naomi was diagnosed with Chronic Fatique Syndrome. Although she has periods where she must live in darkness and silence, she remains active in her field of psychology research and is an enthusiastic participant in the Herstory Project.
