Based on a design from Cuba, this poster celebrates the March 8th International Women's Day. The German socialist Klara Zetkin, inspired by a women garment workers strike in NYC, helped establish the holiday in 1911. International Women's Day is recognized by the United Nations and is an official holiday in many nations.
